"I don't even know where to start.  Benco  Industries/scenicinvestmentland is the best company that we have ever dealt with in our lives.  James and his brother Ben are surely genuine.  We are living proof that dreams can come true. This seller and his brother are honest and their land is fantastic, in fact we bought just one lot then before we knew it we bought another lot and this was even before flying out there to see the genuine thing, but then before we knew it again we bought the other 2 lots and now we own a total of 16 acres.
